In Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, saliente means outstanding, striking, or prominent. Also: something that literally sticks out. <\/span><\/p>

Saliente stands for work that matters, a significant change, sometimes in all its simplicity. Focusing attention on something. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We feel part of a community that takes the challenges of the 21st century seriously and wants to contribute to a world that learns to deal with them. We do this by building and strengthening organisations into communities that serve society. <\/p>

In our work, we draw on the work of soul.com and are inspired by Deep Democracy, Nonviolent Communication, Transactional Analysis, Kate Raworth’s doughnut economy and Donella Meadows Thinking in Systems. <\/p>

We work together with our friends at soul.com, 5D, NSO CNA Leadership Academy. We feel connected to Scaleup leadership, \u2018Verdiepte Governance\u2019, Impact Collective, BrandedU. <\/p>

Liesbeth<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Liesbeth is the former CEO of Lacent and Moneyou. She has held several MT positions and has over 20 years of experience in retail banking, with a background in marketing, online and mobile propositions. In addition to her work for Saliente, she holds several supervisory board positions. <\/span><\/p>

Liesbeth: \u201cIn order to build sustainable organisations that are in tune with the times, we must learn to look at organisations in a different way and shape them differently.\u2019<\/span><\/p>

Liesbeth wants to contribute to this transformation by embracing the characteristics of learning communities, developing new leadership styles and implementing changes in traditional business models.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Sacha<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sacha has a background in education and focusses on developing learning organisations.<\/p>

I support school principals, team leaders, and teachers who are struggling with internal divisions at their schools. I do this by focusing our attention on a shared goal, which naturally encourages team members to contribute their own ideas. <\/p>

The result is that people are eager to collaborate again. We prioritize shared interests in our decisions. Differences add value, and people strengthen each other. We have a strong team that is confident in the direction they are taking. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
