Who are we?

We support organizations where employees feel a sense of belonging, feel safe to voice their opinions, and take pride in achieving collective goals. Where teamwork truly benefits everyone.

Saliente: [saˈljɛnte]

from the Latin word salire (to jump).

In Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, saliente means outstanding, striking, or prominent. Also: something that literally sticks out.

Saliente stands for work that matters, a significant change, sometimes in all its simplicity. Focusing attention on something.

We feel part of a community that takes the challenges of the 21st century seriously and wants to contribute to a world that learns to deal with them. We do this by building and strengthening organisations into communities that serve society.

In our work, we draw on the work of soul.com and are inspired by Deep Democracy, Nonviolent Communication, Transactional Analysis, Kate Raworth’s doughnut economy and Donella Meadows Thinking in Systems.

We work together with our friends at soul.com, 5D, NSO CNA Leadership Academy. We feel connected to Scaleup leadership, ‘Verdiepte Governance’, Impact Collective, BrandedU.

We build on the legacies of Hannah Ahrendt, Peter Block, Robert Putnam, the insights of Rebecca Solnit, authors mentioned before, and many others
