In two evening sessions with the sports council, we examined and critically questioned the reason for existence, the ‘standard approach,’ and its effects, which led to a new perspective on how to fulfill the role. In a third session, the alderman and municipal official were involved.
Enthusiasm for a new way of working that is more focused on the community and places the Gouda Sports Council more at the heart of the field.
