3. Approach
In a series of three afternoon sessions with teachers observing and teachers standing in front of the class, we jointly developed a new approach to lesson observations, with much more focus on learning from each other and moving away from giving each other unfocused feedback.
4. Impact
Lesson observations have become an educational and natural part of a learning school. A desire has arisen for the next step and the following school year the MT also joins this learning process
