Can I actually be a team leader? What limiting patterns do I maintain?
A team leader at a school under construction notices that she is always trying to prove that she can do it. As a result, the problems of the school and its team members fall mainly on her shoulders.
A series of five coaching sessions in which we build on the leadership training she completed the previous year. On the one hand, we examine the patterns and map out how experiences from her past determine how she now reacts to situations at school. On the other hand, we develop our own approach based on trust and equality in working with her team.
The confirmation that this is exactly the work she wants to do and that she is good at it. A new approach that ensures greater equality and mutual understanding. Growing confidence in herself and her team members.
We guide organizations in their growth towards engaged, learning communities. With a structured approach, we strengthen the capabilities, relationships, and systems needed to work with greater impact. For people, for teams, and for the organization as a whole.
