Pro Grotius

1. Situation

How can we always and everywhere work and view our work from a learning attitude?

2. Question

In the school year after we have worked with this MT to create a “strong MT” and the multi-year school plan, the MT will set a course with the school towards developing into a learning community. The assignment is to make “what is already there” more visible and to bring “what is needed” to the table, so that the entire team can work on it.

3. Approach

MT guidance in guiding towards a learning organization. What questions do you ask and why? How do you shape your team meetings? Two-day event on Texel with the entire school where everyone can choose from workshops on action-oriented learning, collective reflection, observation and interpretation. A shared understanding of how to make a school plan work for you. Team members cycle from location to location. Workshops are alternated with relaxation.

4. Impact

More understanding and openness for each other at school. Collective reflection as a powerful tool for learning from difficult situations. Shared ownership of team moments.

What do we do?

We guide organizations in their growth towards engaged, learning communities. With a structured approach, we strengthen the capabilities, relationships, and systems needed to work with greater impact. For people, for teams, and for the organization as a whole.
