The Soul-driven Leadership programme is a programme developed by soul.com.

These multi-day leadership training courses are designed for anyone who wants to lead from a place of awareness, trust and meaning — regardless of position or experience.

The courses build on fundamental concepts such as trust, listening and meaningful conversations, and have a profound effect.

In a safe and reflective setting, you will explore how you want to shape your leadership and how you can take responsibility for change in your organisation.
